This position uses a variety of hand and power tools to ensure pools are outfitted accurately, safely, and in accordance with production orders and quality standards.Some of What You Will Do:Read and interpret production orders, diagrams, and outfitting guidesInstall plumbing, drains, lights, fittings, tile, inlays, and optional components on pools and spasMeasure, cut, drill, trim, and grind pool flanges and surfaces as requiredPerform patching, cosmetic repairs, and surface finishingConduct quality assurance inspections and identify defects or order deviationsUtilize hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment safely and correctlyDocument work performed and complete required control plansMaintain tools, equipment, and a clean work areaFollow all safety procedures, quality standards, and PPE requirementsSupport training and provide guidance to other Outfitters as assignedPerform other duties as assignedWhat You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)Experience using various hand and power toolsAbility to read diagrams, work instructions, and production ordersExperience in tiling, plumbing, or pool manufacturing preferredAbility to understand written and verbal directionsAbility to stand for prolonged periods and perform frequent bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, and overhead workAbility to lift up to fifty (50) poundsFlexibility to work overtime, including some weekends, as needed and fluctuations in start and ending times for shiftsCommitment to working safely and wearing required PPEWhy Join Latham? Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
