Financial Analyst

DescriptionLisa Cole with Robert Half is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization that is seeking a Financial Analyst to support finance with a focus on cost accounting, inventory forecasting, and operational finance. This role partners closely with Operations and Supply Chain to improve financial performance, inventory efficiency, and working capital. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn plant cost accounting, including standard costs, BOM/routings, labor and overhead rates, absorption, and inventory valuationAnalyze manufacturing variances (material, labor, overhead, yield, mix) and communicate driversDevelop and maintain inventory forecasts aligned to demand, production, and MRP outputsAnalyze inventory KPIs including turns, and support reserve modelingSupport budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for plant operationsPartner with Operations on OEE, throughput, labor efficiency, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport capital projects, fixed assets, and depreciation trackingRequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of experience in financial analysis or cost accounting, preferably in manufacturingStrong cost and inventory accounting knowledgeAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skillsERP experience required Strong analytical skills and cross‑functional communication abilityJob typePerm
