About the Position

This role involves working in a fast-paced emergency department. Agency staff do not have guaranteed hours and may be down-staffed if operational needs are not present. Alternatively, agency staff may be reassigned to an open shift later in the week or floated to another unit or care site. This is to maintain contracted hours. Candidates must possess necessary certifications and experience in emergency care. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment are essential. Flexibility and adaptability are key in this dynamic setting.
