Marketing CoordinatorTurpin Orthodontics is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our established Ruston/West Monroe/Monroe team. Our perfect candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are a must. Dental and orthodontic knowledge is preferred but not required.Schedule:Full-timeMonday - Thursday from 7:45 AM - 5:15 PMFridays from 7:45 AM - 12:00 PMSome evenings or weekends may be required, depending on the event scheduleBenefits:Competitive compensation packageMedical, dental, vision, and life insurancePTO and paid holidays401(k) optionsThe role of marketing coordinator encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including:Monitoring metrics from digital and promotional contentManagement of social media page and posts to promote brand and special offersMonitor reputation management and patient engagementManage internal promotions and events to improve patient experienceManage B2B partnerships and local events to drive brand awarenessSupport the office with customer service training to improve patient experience.Equally important is the ability and vision to strategically call upon and build relationships with schools, community members, and referring dentists. In so doing, candidates must develop approaches to creatively and professionally promote and represent our practiceQualifications:A marketing degree is not required, but preferred6+ months of experience in a marketing role is idealMust be willing to travel to our Monroe, West Monroe, and Ruston locations on a weekly basis
