Receiving / Production Material Coordinator

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $18.00+ per hour, depending on experience

Job Summary

Team360 Staffing is seeking a reliable and organized Receiving / Production Material Coordinator to join our team. This position plays an important role in ensuring that production has the materials needed to operate efficiently and without unnecessary delays.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving materials, distributing them to the appropriate production areas, maintaining accurate inventory records in the computer system, and communicating proactively with both the Receiving and Production teams.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, communicates well, and is interested in becoming a long-term member of a positive and supportive work environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials and supplies.
• Distribute materials to the appropriate production areas based on production needs.
• Maintain accurate records of received and distributed materials using a computer system.
• Monitor material availability and communicate with Production in advance when materials are missing, incomplete, or running low.
• Coordinate closely with the Receiving and Production departments to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Count and verify materials, including small components such as screws, hardware, and other production supplies.
• Identify discrepancies between received materials and production requirements and communicate them promptly.
• Maintain organized material staging areas.
• Follow company procedures for material handling, documentation, and inventory control.
• Assist with other warehouse or production-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, inventory, production, or material coordination preferred.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different departments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and anticipate production material needs.
• Ability to accurately count, verify, and track materials.
• Dependable, responsible, and punctual.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required by the position.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain attention to detail throughout the workday.
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse and production environment.
