Express Employment is hiring a Front Office Coordinator in Hattiesburg, MS!- $20/HR
- Day Shift
- Weekly Pay
- Long Term/Full Time
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Manage front-desk operations and maintain an organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
- Maintain calendars, office records, files, and databases.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, scanning, copying, and filing.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and basic administrative needs.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating office-related paperwork.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, or other administrative documents.
- Protect confidential information and follow company policies and procedures.
- Resolve routine questions and direct more complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Support managers and staff with general administrative tasks.
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient office environment
- Prior experience operating equipment.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow orders, especially under pressure.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- A sound understanding of health and safety codes.
- A positive outlook and a willingness to learn.
- Relevant license and safety certification.
