HR Customer Service / Shared Services Advisor

Location Hybrid Work Model Reporting to Pensacola, FL Position Type Multi-year Contract Description Our client is seeking an HR Shared Services Advisor to support employee inquiries and shared services operations in a high-volume environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters including disability cases, case management, and system updates. This is a non-technical role focused on employee support, with training provided on internal systems including Oracle HCM. Required Skill Set Knowledge of shared services models and operational efficiency practices Answering phone calls/making phone calls – providing employees with information and guidance. Once the vendor approves employees disability claim, this position is the first point of contact for employees. Case management – answering cases that are submitted by employees with sometimes complex information and guidance.
