Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LISW, or LISW-S) Role Summary The hybrid Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Preferred candidates will see adults. Responsibilities Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Maintain an active caseload of minimum of 32 client sessions per week Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies Compensation & Benefits Compensation: Initial salary and then transition to 55% of net collections at 6 months (estimated at $55,000 - $70,000/year), paid biweekly 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents Employer-paid life insurance and AD&D coverage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with confidential mental health and life support resources CEU reimbursement and opportunities for professional development Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support Requirements Active, unrestricted license as a LPCC, LISW, or LISW-S Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Ability to provide therapy independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (trauma, couples, etc.) Experience in outpatient or group practice settings ARC Psychiatry is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where all individuals feel valued, respected, and supported.
