Board Certification/Eligibility: Must be board certified or board eligible in Urology with a clean background/nothing that will prevent credentialing and/or obtaining additional licensure. Clinical Versatility: Proficiency in robotic-assisted surgery and a broad range of urological interventions. All levels of experience encouraged to apply, including new/upcoming graduates The Investment in You We offer a top-tier compensation package designed to reward your expertise and ensure long-term success: Documented Earnings: Generous base salary guaranteed for first 18 months plus RVU production incentive - Current physicians are making between $1.2MM and $1.5MM annually Performance: Quarterly incentives Additional Incentives: Up to $50,000 Commencement and $75,000 Student Loan Repayment . Support: $15,000 Relocation, $4,500 CME allowance, and fully covered licensure/dues.
