Position Overview The Lead Generator role supports our HVAC sales pipeline by creating a positive first connection with potential customers and securing permission for follow-up. This position exists to keep a consistent flow of qualified inquiries by communicating clearly, listening well, and documenting details accurately. Key Responsibilities Start professional, friendly conversations and introduce Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort services at a high level Ask a few screening questions and collect customer contact information for next-step outreach Enter complete, accurate lead notes in a mobile app in a timely manner Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and attention to safety Required Qualifications/skills Customer service and/or sales experience (lead generation experience is a plus) Clear verbal communication and comfort speaking with the public Reliable personal transportation If you’re looking for flexible, customer-facing work and enjoy helping people take the next step, What Your Day Looks Like You’ll arrive at your assigned location, get set up, and stay visible and approachable as people pass by. The pace can be steady, so being comfortable on your feet and keeping your energy consistent matters. Your schedule is flexible, and you’ll drive yourself to the site, making this a practical option for career transitioners or seniors who want structured, part-time style work.
