Sales Closer — Buildable Global

About the Role

• Buildable Global is looking for an elite Sales Closer who thrives on converting highly qualified, ready-to-buy leads.
• This is not a cold-calling position .
• You will work with inbound leads who have already expressed interest in Buildable’s technology platform and automation services.
• Your primary goal is to close qualified leads and maximize the value of every client relationship .

Responsibilities

• Manage High-Intent Leads
• • Connect with prospects who have already expressed interest in Buildable.
  • Build rapport quickly and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Consultative Selling
• • Conduct discovery and sales calls.
  • Understand each prospect’s needs and recommend the right solutions.
  • Clearly explain Buildable’s services and value.
• Close Deals
• • Confidently handle objections and move qualified prospects toward a purchase.
  • Maintain a professional, polished approach throughout every conversation.
• Upsell & Maximize Client Value
• • Identify opportunities to recommend higher-tier plans or additional services.
  • Ensure upsells provide genuine value and align with the client’s long-term goals.
• Client Onboarding
• • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the initial sale and setup process.
  • Ensure clients have a smooth transition from signing up through onboarding and delivery.
• Pipeline & Relationship Management
• • Stay organized and manage your leads and client responsibilities independently.
  • Maintain strong communication and follow-through with clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Closing Experience
• • Demonstrated track record of successfully closing high-ticket deals.
  • We’re looking for a true closer , not simply a caller.
• Inbound Sales Experience
• • Comfortable converting leads who are already interested in purchasing.
  • Strong ability to quickly establish trust and rapport.
• Strong Sales Skills
• • Excellent objection handling.
  • Ability to read the conversation and understand when to push forward or pull back.
  • Confidently guide prospects toward a decision without being overly pushy.
• Upselling Ability
• • Comfortable identifying additional products or services that genuinely benefit the client.
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling.
• Professionalism & Reliability
• • Organized, articulate, and highly professional.
  • Able to manage sales and onboarding responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and follow-through.
