This position is designed for recent graduates through approximately 2–4 years of professional experience and focuses on human-centered design, visual design, research, and mobile experiences.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in UX Design or a closely related human-centered fieldRecent graduate or approximately 2–4 years of UX Design experienceDemonstrated understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologiesGood visual design skills and attention to detailProficiency with FigmaProficiency with Adobe Creative SuiteStrong communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skillsPortfolio demonstrating user-centered design and visual design capabilitiesAcademic portfolio projects are acceptableResponsibilitiesApply human-centered design methodologies, including the Double Diamond frameworkDesign intuitive and engaging experiences based on user insightsCollaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and Legal partnersParticipate in user research, including interviews, usability testing, synthesis, and insights generationUse qualitative and quantitative data to inform and validate design decisionsCreate wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and pen and paperParticipate in design critiques and incorporate feedback into iterative design solutionsPreferred QualificationsExperience designing for Native Apps or Progressive Web Applications (PWAs)Graphic design experienceMotion design experienceInterest in emerging technologies and integrating AI into product experiences and design workflows
