Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced LPN/RN Nursing Supervisor to join our team, working 7pm-7am shifts. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, supervising licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and guidance to licensed and unlicensed staff, promoting a positive and respectful work environment

Supervise patient care activities, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to established policies and procedures

Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams

Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Assist with staff development and training, promoting professional growth and competency

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

Local/Compact State - RN/LPN License

Minimum two years of experience

Strong leadership and communication skills
