Join our dynamic team as a Barback at the Lowline Hotel and play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Responsibilities Restock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, garnishes, and glassware, to ensure smooth service during operating hours. Document and monitor the bar's inventory levels accurately to facilitate timely reordering and minimize waste. Assist bartenders with basic tasks to support efficient bar operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety standards. Respond promptly to guest requests and assist in resolving any issues to ensure a positive experience. Follow all safety and alcohol awareness regulations to promote responsible service. Qualifications Three to six months of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations). Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to develop alternative solutions and handle emotional topics with reason. Excellent customer service skills, including managing difficult or emotional situations professionally. High level of professionalism and respectful attitude towards colleagues and guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position is at a location where Hyatt is not the employer.
