The department supports all functions related to device monitoring including but not limited to: patient care, information management, equipment operation and maintenance. The Device clinic is staffed for operation Monday- Friday during regular business hours.Position Summary This position is responsible for providing patients with cardiac monitors and device equipment, performing ECGs, interpreting holter monitor scans, and notifying physicians of abnormal studies. The position is also responsible for the remote monitoring of patients with implantable cardiac devices. The technologist must also carry out all necessary technical/non-technical tasks associated with device and monitor testing and the operation and maintenance of equipment.MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Associate's Degree in Biological Sciences, Healthcare or related field. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.## Additional Information:## Location:Ross Heart Hospital (0353)## Position Type:Regular## Scheduled Hours:40## **Shift:**First Shift***Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check.
