Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Responsibilities Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside. Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability to ensure spaces are ready to rent. Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits. Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds. Walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal free of debris. Experience Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments, such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies. Transportation Employees are required to have a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or during other work‑related activities.
