Job Description he Role: AI Architect Location: Hybrid 2-3 days - Dallas, TX Exp: 15+ years C2C or W2 Job Description he AI Transformation Principal Architect is the senior-most technology leader responsible for defining and governing the enterprise AI architecture strategy, platforms, and operating model. The role translates business vision into scalable AI solutions, drives enterprise-wide AI adoption, establishes governance and Responsible AI standards, and provides technical leadership across AI transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Define the enterprise AI vision, target-state architecture, and transformation roadmap aligned to business strategy. Lead architecture and design for AI ecosystems spanning GenAI, AI/ML, agentic AI, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure. Establish architecture standards, reusable patterns, reference architectures, and governance frameworks for enterprise AI adoption. Provide technical oversight for AI solutions including LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, model serving, observability, and security. Design AI-enabled operating models, organizational structures, and SDLC transformation strategies. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and guide enterprise technology selection and investment decisions. Establish Responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, and risk management standards. Act as a trusted advisor to executives, translating business objectives into AI technology strategies and roadmaps. Lead architecture communities, mentor architects and engineers, and build AI Centers of Excellence (CoE).
