VillageRx is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding patient care, dispensing medications, counseling patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible treatment plans. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.
Requirements:
- Dispense prescription medications and ensure their accuracy and legality
- Provide patient education and counseling on proper medication use, side effects, and interactions
- Review patient profiles and prescriptions for potential drug interactions or contraindications
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of pharmaceutical supplies
- Assist with regulatory compliance and quality assurance practices
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical advancements and best practices
