Automotive Shop Manager

Role: The Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing overall store performance, including financial and operational aspects, by ensuring excellent guest service, managing team performance, controlling expenses, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities: Ensure outstanding customer service, handle escalated complaints, and maintain store standards. Lead and coach staff, set expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure policy compliance. Analyze business trends, develop plans to maximize sales, and monitor financial targets. Manage inventory, oversee store cleanliness, merchandising, and equipment maintenance. Ensure timely return of unused parts and proper asset control. Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years in auto repair shop sales or related automotive management experience. Proven success in team leadership, business development, and achieving sales/profit goals. Prior experience as an automotive technician is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license and minimum age of 18.
