4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Weekdays | 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM Weekends Why This Role is Different As the first face families see, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate experience from check-in through check-out. You'll help keep patient flow moving while supporting providers, clinical staff, and families in a high-energy pediatric urgent care setting. We're looking for Medical Receptionists who thrive in fast-paced environments, stay organized under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping children and their families. What We Offer Competitive Compensation Starting at $23ph+ Consistent Evening & Weekend Schedules Opportunities for Growth Within an Expanding Pediatric Urgent Care Program 401(k) with Employer Match Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits Paid Time Off Employee Wellness & Discount Programs Supportive Team Environment Focused on Collaboration & Development What You’ll Do Room and prepare pediatric patients for urgent care visits Obtain vitals, medical histories, and perform clinical intake Assist providers with urgent care procedures and patient flow Perform phlebotomy EKGs, point-of-care testing, and specimen collection Support medication administration and clinical documentation Educate and reassure patients and families during visits Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and infection control standards Collaborate closely with providers, nurses, and front desk staff Help ensure an efficient, positive patient experience What We're Looking For Medical Assistant certification preferred Current BLS and PALS certifications required Bilingual English/Spanish required EKG certification/experience required Phlebotomy experience required Urgent care, emergency medicine, or pediatric experience strongly preferred Strong clinical, multitasking, and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience with EMR systems preferred (athenaOne experience a plus) Compassionate, team-oriented, and patient-focused mindset Compensation Range $23ph-$25ph The compensation range listed represents Allied Physicians Group’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of posting. The specific compensation offered will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
