About the Role:

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! As a Registered Nurse at Walnut Creek, you'll have the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, providing skilled nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Assessing residents' physical, emotional, and psychological needs

Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Administering medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians

Providing direct patient care, including wound care, injections, and other procedures

Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse or nurse manager

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services
