Test Lab Technician – 3rd Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay: $24.00/hour ($21.50 base + $2.50 shift differential)
We are seeking a dependable Test Lab Technician to support testing operations in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive forklift truck products for standard testing.
- Conduct tests following established procedures.
- Record test data and observations.
- Enter data into Microsoft Excel.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of consistent work experience.
- Minimum 3 months of forklift experience.
- Basic hand tool and assembly knowledge.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and safety-focused.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand for extended periods.
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Work in a factory environment with varying temperatures.
- PPE required; forklift certification provided and maintained through the company.
