Outbound Communications Project
This is a requirement in the Outbound Communications project. Working towards paper free by 2023 initiative, for which the team is creating micro products in Azure cloud which will help the members to choose paperless options and will allow them to view/get a digital version of their communications.
What is the platform/environment both in the technical and business sense that you are working on?
Enterprise Communications Services Platform is a new development project which started 18 months ago. Create platform responsible for taking documents from various systems (100’s) that generates millions of letters. Compose documents, store them in PDF formats into document storage system. Check each member’s preferences and ensure they are receiving appropriate care. We have some products now up and running in production, but there are several other products which need to be built in a tight timeline, and currently I am anticipating the project to go on until end of 2023 or till the paper free objective is achieved.
