We don't pay for applications. We pay when the driver is seated and stays.

We're placing carrier accounts with independent recruiters who already know how to run a desk. You take the account, we supply the intel and the flow, you deliver seated drivers.

01 // The Account

You get the intel most recruiters don't know exists.

Every account you take comes wired into our intel layer.

FMCSA Clearinghouse tracking. Monthly state-level shifts in prohibited-status CDL holders. Where supply is tightening, where there's slack.

Driver sentiment scoring. Reddit, the Facebook driver groups, Glassdoor, the trucker forums, scored per carrier. Which fleets are losing their people before those fleets know.

Job-posting volume. Daily per-carrier counts across the major boards. When a fleet's postings spike, they're hurting.

Class 8 orders, auction calendars, authority revocations. Equipment moves ahead of drivers.

You also get the carrier's hiring criteria, pay package, and orientation calendar, kept current.

02 // The Deal

We buy one thing. A driver who completes orientation and stays. How you get there is your desk and your call.

Your hours, your cadence, your scripts, your tools. We don't run your day.

You're free to carry other books. Disclosed, so we don't put you in a conflict against your own accounts.

Applicant records stay current in the carrier's system. Carriers require it and we can't bill without it. That's the one process obligation in the engagement.

03 // What You Bring

A real track record seating Class A drivers. Agency, carrier, or independent.

Driver qualification fundamentals. FMCSA DQ requirements, MVR and PSP review, Clearinghouse basics.

Your own business. Phone, workspace, setup. You invoice us.

Fluency with AI tools. ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent, used for real work. You can write a clear prompt, spot a bad output, and fix it. If you've built something yourself, a Zapier or Make workflow, a custom GPT, an automated report, say so.

Credentialing on the carrier's applicant system. We'll get you on IntelliApp where the account requires it.

Nice to have: regional, dedicated, or intermodal experience. Prior CDL or dispatch background. Meta ads experience where you watched cost per applicant. Spanish.

04 // Compensation

1099. Paid per driver seated. No base, no cap.

Carry as many accounts as you can produce on.

Rates get discussed on the first call.

Bring your numbers. We start there.
