Senior AI Enablement Specialist

Salary: $140,000 - 180,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience in AI development, technical product management, systems engineering, or a related field, including 2 or more years building AI solutions as an individual contributor.
• Strong practical knowledge of the Claude ecosystem, including Skills, Artifacts, Projects, Cowork, and MCP, with experience building agents and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to build AI workflows, agents, integrations, or tools; comfortable with APIs, prompt engineering, and lightweight integrations.
• Understanding of AI security risks, including data flows, prompt injection, data-retention policies, and shadow IT; familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST frameworks is a plus.
• Self-directed approach to identifying priorities, designing solutions, delivering work, and escalating matters that require support beyond your scope.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and lead hands-on workshops.
• Collaborative, empathetic approach to supporting employees with varying levels of technical experience.
• Interest in an individual-contributor role focused on building and enablement rather than people management.
• Curiosity about AI and commitment to experimenting, staying current, and sharing practical learnings.

• Build, deploy, and maintain agentic workflows, AI automations, and lightweight integrations across the Claude ecosystem; prototype solutions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT or Infrastructure when needed.
• Advise on AI security and governance, including data classification, access controls, audit logging, shadow IT risk mitigation, and vendor security reviews, within our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 environment.
• Help employees and teams develop practical AI capabilities through individual guidance, workshops, and hands-on build sessions focused on using Claude effectively.
• Partner with department heads to identify high-impact AI opportunities and build and deploy solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, or add capabilities.
• Create AI intake processes, adoption metrics, and feedback loops; monitor outcomes and continuously improve how we use AI.
• Track developments in AI, assess tools against our security and compliance standards, and provide practical recommendations.
