• Healthcare Setting: Hospital coverage, inpatient emergency medicine
• Contract Duration: 2 weeks
• Start Date: July 12, 2026
• End Date: July 27, 2026
• Shift Length: 10-hour day shifts
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patient encounters per shift
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,820 - $4,100
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 10 days
• Coverage Type: Hospital coverage only
• Call: None

• Active California Nurse Practitioner license
• Must be an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Board certified or board eligible
• At least 1 year of relevant emergency medicine or acute care experience
• DEA certification required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced emergency care environment
• Clean professional file preferred, including clear background and malpractice history
• Current CV and references available promptly

• Provide emergency medicine care for adult and acute patients in a hospital setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions
• Perform patient assessments and manage approximately 20 encounters per shift
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care
• Support inpatient emergency coverage with no call responsibilities
• Follow established protocols for trauma level 3 emergency care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation throughout each shift
• Deliver compassionate care while adapting to the needs of a dynamic clinical environment
