ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain web applications featuring customer domain and marketplace middleware business logicWork hand in hand with Tech Leads, Engineers, Product Managers, and Program Managers to create solutions that deliver customer and business valueCollaborate with product teams to clarify requirements, review technical specifications, and execute prioritized tasks from the team's backlogCreate and maintain automated tests — both unit and integration — to uphold high code quality standardsCreate concise, detailed technical documentation that supports team alignment and knowledge sharingSupport healthy system operations and maintain high levels of availabilityQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience4-6+ years of software engineering experience on a product engineering team, with a demonstrated record of teamwork and deliveryProficiency building APIs with C# and .NET, along with strong experience using SQL and relational databasesComfort integrating AI tools into daily engineering workflows, including prompt crafting, code review, and advisory use casesAbility to interpret and apply system design patternsExperience with event-driven architectures (CQRS, Event Sourcing, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Event Store DB), CI/CD pipelines, TDD, or Domain-Driven Development is a plusFintech or financial services background — including familiarity with KYC workflows, financial regulators, and multiple server-side programming languages — is highly valuedCompensation$169,000–$200,000 per year – Dependent on fit and experience
