We are currently seeking a Shipping Clerk. The Shipping Clerk supports daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and distribution activities by coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate system transactions and documentation, and communicating with drivers, carriers, third-party logistics providers, and internal departments. This position works closely with Distribution Coordinators and Warehouse leadership to ensure finished goods, materials, and supplies are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on schedule. Performance is measured through shipping and receiving accuracy, inventory integrity, timely completion of transactions and documentation, customer service, and adherence to safety, food safety, and operational requirements. Accountabilities: Shipping & Receiving Coordination Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities in accordance with established schedules and operational priorities. Check drivers in and out of the facility and provide required shipping and loading documentation. Coordinate shipment appointments and communicate scheduling changes with carriers, drivers, third-party logistics providers, and internal teams. Direct drivers to appropriate docks, staging locations, and loading areas. Monitor shipment status and communicate delays, scheduling issues, or other concerns to Warehouse leadership.
