USA GM Coach

The Coach is responsible for leading and developing associates, driving business and operational performance, and delivering a positive customer experience. This role oversees day-to-day operations, establishes clear expectations, develops talent, and promotes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Coach partners with associates, leaders, and key stakeholders to execute business priorities, achieve performance goals, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and expectations. Through effective leadership, communication, and decision-making, the Coach creates an inclusive, high-performing environment where associates are empowered to succeed and customers remain at the center of the business.

Leadership & Team Development

• Leads high-performing teams by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning responsibilities, setting clear expectations, providing performance feedback, recognizing achievements, and developing future leaders.
• Builds a culture of accountability, collaboration, and belonging where associates are empowered to perform at their best.
• Develops talent and succession plans by identifying growth opportunities, supporting career development, and preparing associates for advancement.

• Drives business performance by reviewing results, identifying trends and opportunities, and implementing action plans to achieve operational and financial goals.

• Monitors key performance indicators and operational standards to identify opportunities to improve productivity, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Delivers exceptional customer service by ensuring associates understand and consistently meet customer expectations.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : - Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) - Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges) State Pay Differential: This job has an additional differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience. For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms- specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training. For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying may require a current state issued Certificate of Eligibility. Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
