Table Games Shift Manager

Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals. Develop and maintain a welcoming, safe, professional, and friendly work environment. Select, train, and develop table games team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action. Oversee the overall integrity of the table games department while on duty. Act as a liaison with managers from other departments. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have knowledge of all casino game rules. Must have knowledge of all applicable gaming regulations. Two to three years of casino management experience required. Strong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills are required. Requires above‑average math skills. Experience with scheduling and budget in a casino environment. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays. What’s in it for you: Competitive salary with annual performance reviews.
