Our client, a leading organization in healthcare services, is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to join their team. As a Transportation Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting transportation and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Transportation Coordinator

Location: Marquette, MI

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Shift: M-F 8AM-5PM with 1 Hour Lunch

What's the Job?

• Coordinate transportation services for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to schedule and confirm transportation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transportation requests and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and other communication channels.
• Adapt to changing schedules, priorities, and procedures as needed.

What's Needed?

• Full-time, temp-to-hire position for the right candidate.
• High school diploma or GED (some post-secondary education preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or medical office (2–4 years preferred).
• Proficiency in keyboarding and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong public/customer relations and telephone etiquette.
