Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric respiratory assessments and administer treatments per protocols.

• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapy under physician orders.

• Ensure equipment safety, calibration, and infection control procedures.

• Document patient data accurately in electronic health records.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize pediatric care plans.

• Meet productivity targets and contribute to pipeline-driven growth.

• Maintain accurate therapy logs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and families about therapies, devices, and home care.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development.

• Identify opportunities to expand services within the territory and report insights.

• Assist in clinical education sessions for staff and trainees.

Experience/Qualifications

• Pediatric respiratory assessment and therapy administration per protocol.

• Monitor patient response and adjust therapy under physician orders.

• Ensure equipment safety, calibration, and infection control.

• Meet productivity targets and contribute to pipeline-driven growth.

• Accurate documentation of patient data in electronic health records.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize pediatric care plans.
