Nurse Assistant

Hartford Healthcare seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to support clinical and operational leadership within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will coordinate daily unit activities, support staffing and scheduling, and ensure adherence to evidence-based nursing standards. You will mentor and evaluate staff, promote patient safety and quality initiatives, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
