The successful candidate will be responsible for building and expanding the sales pipeline, exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas, and positioning the company as a thought leader in the industry. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, including the design of winning strategies, and the ability to connect with key decision-makers such as hospital CFOs and VPs of Revenue Cycle. The Market Vice President will also be tasked with championing client success, engaging in quarterly business reviews, and ensuring the seamless onboarding and delivery of services to new clients. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in healthcare, with a proven track record of engaging with senior financial executives. A deep understanding of revenue cycle, including reimbursement, denials, and complex claim categories, is essential. The role demands a tech-forward mindset, with proficiency in virtual platforms and Salesforce CRM, as well as exceptional communication skills and executive presence. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a trailblazer mentality, capable of influencing and inspiring C-level leaders, and will be flexible with the ability to travel as needed to support key accounts.
