Responsibilities include but not limited to: Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed Develop new sales and service opportunities with both existing and new clients Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales Develop ongoing networking relationships Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day As an Agent Team Member, you will receive: Hourly plus Commissions Accrued Personal Leave and major Holidays off paid Valuable experience Health coverage NOT provided.
