Set up machines according to specifications. Perform inspections and basic troubleshooting. Complete production documentation accurately.Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report safety concerns and equipment issues promptly.Quality & Continuous Improvement: Follow quality standards and work instructions. Use measuring and inspection tools as required. Support continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Manufacturing experience preferred.Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment.Basic math, reading, and computer skills.Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods.Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks.Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE.Current Operator OpportunitiesSkaltek Operator: Operates production equipment while following work instructions, monitoring product specifications, and maintaining quality and production standards.Job Offer Fraud AlertWe take the security of our candidates seriously.
