Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate accurate diagnoses and create personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique mental health needs.

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to support diverse client populations.

  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to develop an integrated treatment approach that addresses clients’ holistic care requirements.

  • Provide crisis intervention and emergency support to clients experiencing acute mental distress, applying a compassionate and solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
