Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position with possible extensions.

Schedule

Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (07:00 AM - 03:00 PM) from Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities every 4th weekday and weekend, and some holidays.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operating Room Circulating RN to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care in the operating room, ensuring a safe and sterile environment, and assisting the surgical team during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the operating room.
• Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures.
• Assist with various surgical procedures across multiple specialties including endoscopic, general, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedic, and pediatric surgery.
• Work collaboratively with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide patient education and support before and after surgical procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Operating Room setting.
• Current RN License (West Virginia or Compact License).
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS.
• Preferred Certifications: PALS, NRP.
