Location: Hillsborough, NJ (In-Person / Travel)

Pay range: $70,000-$90,000 base plus commissions

We’re looking for an ambitious, local Junior Sales Representative based near our Hillsborough, NJ headquarters to join our team. If you’re eager to launch a career in healthcare sales, work directly with company leadership, and make a real difference in patient safety, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with Decision-Makers: Reach out to hospital facility directors, environmental service managers, and infection control leaders across the region.
• Hit the Road: Visit local hospitals and clinical sites to meet clients, conduct facility walkthroughs, and identify service needs (regional travel required).
• Learn the Industry: Shadow senior leadership to master high-level healthcare sales, client onboarding, and solution pitching.
• Build Proposals & Close Deals: Help craft custom service proposals, follow up on leads, and manage your pipeline in our CRM.

What We’re Looking For

• Local to HQ: Based near Hillsborough, NJ with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Driven & Coachable: 2–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience with a strong desire to learn and grow fast.
• Great Communicator: Comfortable picking up the phone, running in-person meetings, and presenting solutions to facility leaders. Bi-Lingual preferred.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Google Workspace and comfortable learning CRM software.
