Job Summary

Relational Wellness Psychology PLLC (RWP) is seeking 1 motivated and compassionate Masters level clinician (LMSW/MHC-LP) to join our practice. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will provide an integrative approach to clinical counseling to individuals in a private practice setting. This role involves conducting patient intakes, developing treatment plans, engaging in individual and group supervision and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions. The clinician will work collaboratively with other clinicians in private practice to ensure high-quality care for clients, particularly those dealing with PTSD, adjustment related stress, depression, and anxiety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone screenings and intake assessments to determine diagnosis, individual needs, and develop appropriate treatment plan, utilizing both psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral modalities.
• Provide clinical counseling services to clients in outpatient setting.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral modalities, to support client progress.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and protect patient information.
• Offer telehealth services or in person services.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Document all client interactions accurately in accordance with the practice’s policies and ethical standards.

Skills

• Basic understanding of and interest in psychodynamic and interpersonal modalities.
• Ability to and commitment to comply with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality in all interactions.
• Experience working in outpatient setting is a must – experience with inpatient is preferred but not required.
• Understanding in providing integrative trauma care and understanding the complexities associated with trauma recovery is also preferred.
• Ability to utilize psychodynamic, CBT, and other modalities effectively to enhance client engagement.

Job Types : Full-time

Pay (estimate for fee-for service, depending on your degree) : $66,713.00 - $72,693.00 per year

Expected hours : 15 – 30 per week, depending on part-time or full-time positions

Schedule :

• Choose your own hours, +25 clinical hours per week

Qualifications/Education :

• Master's (LMSW, MHC-LP)
• *** LMSWs and MHCs, looking to gain clinical hours for their NY licensure and more experience with high functioning, working individuals .
