Position Summary

Clients is seeking an Operations Logistics Associate to support manufacturing and warehouse operations for a leading advanced technology company. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and production support by ensuring materials are delivered where and when they are needed. This position requires strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse material flow from receiving through production and shipping using various material handling methods, including forklifts and manual transport.
• Utilize warehouse management and inventory systems to process material movements, track inventory, and retrieve parts information.
• Monitor production material requirements and replenish production lines to support manufacturing schedules.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through physical inventory verification and system updates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support continuous operational improvements.
• Uncrate and stage production materials and components for manufacturing operations.
• Support storage and organization of indirect materials for internal business partners.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S standards.
• Follow all warehouse safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a strong sense of urgency while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree with 2 4 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience OR
• High School Diploma/GED with 4 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or production environments.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience preferred).
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds .
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and support team objectives.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and drug screening.
• Must comply with all workplace safety and substance abuse policies.

Preferred

• Experience using SAP or other ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.
• Previous experience supporting manufacturing or assembly operations.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, and operating material handling equipment.
• Must follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.

Day One Requirements

Candidates must report on their first day wearing composite toe safety shoes that meet the following standards:

• ASTM F2412 Standard Test Methods for Foot Protection
• ASTM F2413 Standard Specification for Performance Requirements for Foot Protection
