Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Emergency Room. The role requires a commitment to night shifts. Candidates should be flexible with scheduling. There is a zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences. Two weekend shifts are required every six weeks. Holidays may also be needed. Compliance documentation must be completed on time prior to the start date. Candidates will be responsible for various patient care tasks in a high-volume emergency setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Assistance from interdisciplinary teams is available, providing comprehensive patient care. Candidates must be prepared to support a diverse range of patient diagnoses. There is a requirement to pass an EKG exam during compliance, with two attempts allowed. Modules will be completed during orientation to acquaint the candidate with unit-specific procedures and protocols. Travelers may be required to float to various campuses as needed.
