Overview Remote to Start: Kick off your journey with us from home! All classes and training sessions will be held remotely for 4-5 weeks. Preference Criteria We prefer candidates with either a College Degree or Previous Contact Center Experience. Position Description Join our Client as a Customer Support Representative where you'll handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries. You'll respond with accuracy and efficiency, consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include cash management products, online services, and general account or financial-related inquiries.
