Weekend Hospice RN - Balanced Schedule & Impactful Care

Suncrest Hospice

Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate hospice care to a defined group of patients in homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals. You will perform admissions, conduct patient visits, and collaborate with the care team to manage symptoms and communications. This role requires an active RN license in the state, on-call and admissions experience, and the ability to work 12-hour weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am–8:00 pm) with reliable #J-18808-Ljbffr Suncrest Hospice
