Automotive Document Processor

Hyundai of Vacaville Vacaville, CA Full-Time $20.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience Hyundai of Vacaville is hiring an Automotive Document Processor to support our Sales Department. This is an important role within the dealership and is responsible for helping ensure sales documents, contracts, finance paperwork, and deal files are accurate, organized, and compliant. This position has limited customer interaction but works closely with Sales Managers, Sales Associates, lenders, and administrative staff. The right candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment. Dealership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour Full-time position Stable and professional work environment Clear expectations and structured processes Growth opportunities within Wise Automotive Supportive leadership team Clean, organized, customer-focused dealership Responsibilities Prepare and review vehicle sales contracts Verify finance applications and lender documentation Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness Ensure compliance with California regulations and lender requirements Assist with contract-in-transit, CIT, tracking and funding follow-up Organize and maintain accurate deal files Communicate with Sales Managers regarding missing or incorrect paperwork Help ensure deals are finalized and structured correctly Support the overall sales and administrative process Qualifications Highly organized and detail-oriented Dependable, diligent, and accountable Strong communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to follow processes and meet deadlines Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset Dealership experience preferred, such as F&I assistant, AP, AR, title clerk, deal clerk, or administrative support Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid California driver’s license About Hyundai of Vacaville Hyundai of Vacaville is part of Wise Automotive, a family-owned dealership group committed to providing a first-class and transparent dealership experience.
