Four Seasons Hotel Miami is an urban oasis nestled in the residential side of Brickell surrounded by Miami's favorite neighborhoods. Four Seasons Hotel Miami is looking for a Restaurant Server Assistant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The Server Assistant services restaurant areas by promptly delivering food items, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting wait staff.
What You Will Do
- Promptly clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silverware for service in a discreet manner.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
- Breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas.
What You Bring
- At least 6 months of food service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40 lbs.
Schedule & Hours
Full-Time
Days/Evenings/This position requires the flexibility to work a diverse schedule encompassing days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
