Clerical Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Enter and maintain accurate AR/AP data and financial information
• Prepare, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Assist with organizing and maintaining accounting records and documentation
• Review data for accuracy and identify discrepancies or missing information
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounting department
• Assist the Assistant Controller with various accounting-related tasks and reports
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information

Clerical Associate Qualifications:

• Previous experience with data entry required
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Previous clerical, administrative, or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
