This specialized role involves providing perfusion support for cardiac surgeries, primarily on and off pump CABG cases and valve replacement surgeries. Work in a dynamic acute care setting with dedicated operating rooms for robotic and TAVR procedures.

Key responsibilities of the Perfusionist include:

• Provide perfusion support for on pump and off pump CABG cases
• Support valve replacement surgeries and TAVR procedures for adults
• Utilize EPIC for electronic patient records and Viper system for documentation
• Collaborate with a team of surgeons and perfusionists

Requirements of the Perfusionist include:

• Active BLS certification (must be AHA)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent related work experience
• ABCP certification is preferred, but not required
• Willingness to take call rotations as required
• Credentialing by Sanford is mandatory
