Schedule Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients of all ages, including pediatrics, in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be able to handle a diverse patient population and demonstrate excellent clinical skills. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver patient care in accordance with established protocols. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition promptly. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and patient safety. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management. Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have experience working in an emergency department and with all age populations, including pediatrics. BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications are required. Flu vaccine is required. New Jersey or Compact RN license required at submission. BSN is required. Why ARMStaffing?
