Los miembros del equipo de atencin al pblico atienden a los huspedes en nuestro mostrador, en las cajas registradoras y dentro de nuestro comedor. Nuestro rpido y amigable drive-thru cuenta con tomadores de pedidos en tabletas, fabricantes de bebidas y postres, ensambladores de comidas y corredores de alimentos. Los miembros del equipo de atencin al pblico son atentos y corteses con los huspedes, deben estar de pie durante largas horas, estar dispuestos a estar al aire libre tanto bajo el sol de verano como con el viento de invierno, y brindan un servicio rpido y preciso.

Los miembros del equipo de la parte trasera de la casa trabajan en nuestra cocina. Entregan pollo empanizado, cocinan y sirven papas fritas con waffles, empaquetan nuggets de pollo, arman sndwiches y preparan ensaladas. Los miembros del equipo de la parte trasera de la casa son excelentes para servir comida de gran sabor en un ambiente limpio y seguro. Levantan cajas pesadas de pollo crudo y papas fritas, usan sus manos para filetear y empanizar pollo crudo, estn de pie durante largas horas preparando comidas y limpian cuidadosamente los platos y el equipo.
Estndares de aseo personal y apariencia de Chick-fil-A:
- Los piercings estn permitidos, pero se limitan a las orejas con tachuelas simples, una sola fosa nasal con un tachuela simple. No se permiten otros piercings faciales
- Las uas deben cumplir con los requisitos del departamento de salud y no extenderse ms all de las yemas de los dedos. No se permiten uas postizas.
- Los tatuajes deben ser de buen gusto y no deben ser visibles en las manos, la cara o el cuello.
- La coloracin natural del cabello es aceptable. Est permitido teir el cabello de colores naturales. No est permitido teir el cabello en tonos antinaturales.
- Vello facial: vello facial corto y cuidadosamente arreglado con mejillas y escotes definidos.
